Attendees of the Exhibition will have a unique opportunity to explore state-of-the-art HCI technology and interact with manufacturing representatives, vendors, publishers, and potential employers.


The Exhibition area will be configured to facilitate continuous interaction between exhibitors and conference participants.


Poster presentations will take place in the Exhibition area.

2 coffee breaks will be served daily in the Exhibition area

The price of a standard booth includes:

  • one-line ID sign
  • 1 complimentary Conference registration
  • 2 free passes to the Conference Exhibition

All Exhibitors are also entitled:

  • to be listed in the Conference Final Program, if they register by 1 May 2018.
  • to be listed (name and logo) on the Conference Website together with a link to their home websites.
  • to be listed (name and link to their website) in the HCI International Newsletter widely distributed around the world through our mailing list.

Cancelation Policy


All registration cancellations received in writing by 9 February 2018 will be fully refunded, less 10% which will be deducted for administrative expenses.

One-half of the registration will be refunded for cancellations received in writing between 10 February and 31 May 2018. No refunds will be made from 1 June 2018 onwards.
